Prices are calculated per hour started, however long the tour is.

There is a tour planning supplement to all the above prices, of DKK 20, excluding sales tax, per participant. However, this does not apply for city tours of Odense or guided tours of the Hans Christian Andersen Museum and Childhood Home.

We also offer an interpreter service at DKK 650 per hour, excluding commission and sales tax.
The total invoice from GuideService Fyn services, such as admission, coach transport, catering, entertainment and similar will also be subject to a commission of 10 % of the total excluding sales tax.

If the tour starts or ends outside Odense, there will be an additional charge for the guide’s transport, at the official rate for 2008.

In the absence of any other agreement, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the tour is due to start. A fee of DKK 780 will be charged for any cancellations later than this.

For larger arrangements, conditions of cancellation are agreed individually.
