We allocate 1 guide for each 25 participants.

The prices are calculated per hour started.

There is a tour planning supplement to all the above prices, of DKK 35 including VAT, per participants. However, this does not apply for city tours of Odense or guided tours of the Hans Christian Andersen Museum and Childhood Home.

For tours which start or end outside Odense, there will be an extra fee for the transport costs of the guide, at the rate specified by the government for 2011 (DKK 3.67 per kilometre).

In the absence of any other agreement, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the tour is due to start. A fee of DKK 890
will be charged for any cancellations later than this.

For larger arrangements, conditions of cancellation are agreed individually.
