If you are visiting Denmark from outside the EU you can have your VAT refunded. In Denmark VAT is 25 % of the total price - on all goods. Taking 1/4 of the price is no bad bargain!

The affiliated stores all display the well-known Tax Free Shopping logo, and helpful staff will guide you through the process.

All that is required of you is that you spend 300 DKK or more in one shop in one day and that the goods need to be exported within three months plus the month of purchase.
