Every summer the Hans Christian Andersen Parade do shows in the small "castle" in the garden by the museum.

The beautiful old building housing the theatre also looks good in the dark.

If you go for a sail on Odense River you can see the Bishops pavillion.

This sculpture stands directly in the Odense River close to the Art Exhibition Filosofgangen. The motif was inspired by a play written by Hans Christian Andersen called app."Agnethe and the Man from the Sea".

The quarter around the Hans Christian Andersen house is well preserved and you can still see the beautiful old houses and the cobbled streets.

The Funen Art Gallery in Jernbanegade houses a broad selection of Danish art.
