The brasserie is located on what used to be an old apple orchard, so it feels only natural to focus especially on local Funen vegetables. In autumn 2024, the restaurant was completely renovated from floor to ceiling, so now you can enjoy your meal in brand-new, modern surroundings.

Stop by and try the à la carte menu featuring delicious starters like hot-smoked salmon mousse, carpaccio, or lobster bisque. For the main course, you can choose between a Himmerland beef burger, beer-braised pork cheeks, the catch of the day, or a juicy beef steak with pepper sauce.
