Café Soldækket (the sun deck)

On the harbour in the heart of Odense, the new pop-up café, "Soldækket," opened its doors on 19 April. This charming café offers an appetising menu and casual yoga classes in a relaxed atmosphere.

Visitors can enjoy everything from Baker Boys rye bread, homemade organic herb mayo and organic free-range potatoes to pickled red onions and butcher's sweets. There's also a burrata salad with organic tomatoes from Funen, burrata and chimichurri, topped with organic herbs and served with a sourdough bun from the same baker.

For those who appreciate a cold beer, Soldækket offers a selection of draft beers such as Birra Moretti, Lagunitas IPA, Royal Blanche and non-alcoholic Haz IPA. In addition, there is a wide selection of drinks including coffee, cocktails, soft drinks, juices and wine.

Soldækket is more than just a café; it's a meeting point for locals and visitors alike. The café organises "yoga under the stars". These sessions are open to everyone regardless of experience and take place every Sunday in May, June, August and September. The sundeck welcomes everyone to join these relaxing moments, followed by a refreshing ice-cold draft beer.
