How to feature your business on www.visitodense.dk?
Send an email to Joan – jmjen@odense.dk - with the following details:
- Name of your place.
- Address and contact information.
- Opening hours.
- Accessibility details – for example, is your place wheelchair-friendly? Suitable for visitors with visual impairments?
- Around 200 words describing your place and the experience guests can look forward to.
- Links to your website, social media profiles, and booking options if relevant.
- 1–10 high-quality landscape photos (think TV screen format) that we can use to promote Odense. Please include the photographer’s name for credit.
Depending on the type of venue, we may need extra details – for example, number of rooms for accommodation or cuisine type for restaurants.
Is your place relevant for www.visitodense.dk?
- Your place must be publicly accessible to visitors – no memberships or long-term commitments required.
- It should also be relevant for tourists – most people don’t sign up for a mobile plan or buy insurance while on holiday.
VisitOdense decides if your place is relevant for our guests. If in doubt, just get in touch and we’ll take a look.
How to get your event featured on www.visitodense.com?
Start by submitting your event on www.kultunaut.dk.
Once your Odense event is published on www.kultunaut.dk, it will automatically appear in our day-by-day calendar. Sometimes the automation doesn’t work perfectly, so keep an eye on it. If something goes wrong, just send the Kultunaut link to jmjen@odense.dk, and I’ll make sure to add your event manually.
How can I send an unsolicited application to VisitOdense?
The Event and Tourism Office – including VisitOdense – does not accept unsolicited applications. All available positions will be posted here: odense.dk/job?
