Swimming Pools and Outdoor Baths
Swimming is a wonderful form of exercise that everyone can enjoy. Odense has 4 swimming pools and 2 outdoor baths where you can take a refreshing dip. The harbor bath is also open in the winter if you enjoy the cold thrill.
Swimming Pools
There is something for everyone. Baby pools, hot water baths, saunas, and short and long lanes.
Klosterbakken public pool
Facilities include showers, sauna, training equipment and a cafeteria. The pool is 25 x 12 meters and there is a 1 meter diving board.
Bolbro Public Pool
The swimming pool was renovated in 2013 and has a regular swimming pool, a heated pool with massage, a play pool with a slide and a children's pool.
Public Pool with Warm Water Pool
The pool is 25 meters long x 12,5 meters wide and 0,9 to 3,6 meters deep. Diving boards at 1 and 3 meters. There are showers, sauna and health cabin.
University public swimming pool
The University swimming pool has international measures with water depths from 1.8 to 3,8 metres. Furthermore, part of the pool has variable depths.
Outdoor Baths
Odense Harbour Bath - go for a free swim
The Odense Harbour Swimming pool is located and built into the harbour closest to the city. The swimming pool will be open all year except on special holidays.
Odense outdoor public swimming pool
The pool features a water slide, diving boards, diving platforms (5 & 10m), a cafeteria, a football course and a large green area - suited for a picnic perhaps?
