Free admission for children and young people
Trains fascinate young and old. Stop by the Danish Railway Museum in Odense and have a couple of pleasant hours together. Try the popular mini-train, which offers rides for children and adults alike. The mini-train runs every day during the autumn holidays. Play on the outdoor playground or take a look at the beautiful carriages and locomotives. Among other things, you can get close to the royal carriages, experience what a train ride in economy class was like, see the big snowplough or the orange tractor from "The Olsen Gang on the Track". If you have gone Interrailing in Europe, you will love the "Dream Coupe", which takes you down Memory Lane. Riding on the mini train is included in the entrance fee. Children and young people (0-17 years) enter for free.

At the Danish Railway Museum, several initiatives are in place that enables us to take the best possible care of each other so that the museum visit becomes a safe experience. The Danish Railway Museum has 10,000 km2, so guests can easily distribute in the area, indoors and out. We, the cleaning staff at the museum, clean more and more often and plenty of disinfectant dispensers are available.
