Start your weekend with dinner at one of the city's fantastic restaurants. Restaurant Aro and Restaurant Sortebro Kro are among some of the city's gourmet restaurants and are both worth a visit and will be a great way to start your culinary adventure.
At Restaurant ARO you are guaranteed a truly fantastic culinary experience. Guests are catered for when gourmet food is served in informal surroundings.

End your evening with a nightcap
After a delicious dinner, head out into the streets of Odense and experience the vibrant life that can also be found in the late evening hours. Here you can visit one of the city's wine bars or microbreweries. Among others, Anarkist Food & Beer Lab and Amy's Bar & Winehouse are recommended, as you will experience a cosy atmosphere and a large selection of different beers. Odense is also home to several wine bars that are worth a visit, including Lalou Vinbar and S'vineriet Vinapotek.
Anarkist is both a microbrewery and a restaurant, and the beer and its flavours play an essential part in the dishes.
Amy's Bar is an informal and cozy bar with a good selection of beer, wine and cocktails, and you can also get tapas.
At Lalou wine bar, it is possible to try wines that are sourced from all over Europe, from regions where the owners / staff have either travelled or lived.
The wine bar S'vineriet in Klaregade is both a wine bar and wine shop, and there is a wide selection with room for exciting and different wines.

If you don't enjoy breakfast at the hotel, there are many great brunch options in the city. Visit Café Korn or Café Sølle, for example, where you will experience a cosy, authentic atmosphere and be introduced to beautiful, unique brunch dishes.

Nelle's Filosoffen is a popular café located in the heart of Odense. The café is known for its cosy atmosphere, good coffee and delicious food.
Lunch

Kong Volmer is situated in Brandts Passage in Odense. For several hundred years the building housed the factory which closed in 1977.
Go for a stroll
After lunch, a stroll through Odense's shopping street is recommended. Here you'll find a wealth of small, unique shops. Take a walk through Brandts Passage, where you'll find everything from clothes to ceramics and art, and make your way past Vintapperstræde. Here you can take a break at Christian Firtal and enjoy one of the beer specialist's many options.
Dinner
Gastronomy at its best - Odense recently got its first Michelin-starred restaurant and Restaurant Aro is definitely worth a visit. If a table is not available (book as soon as possible), there are other options. Try Restaurant Oluf Bagers Gård - or if you want to try something completely different, Restaurant Klosterkroen and Storms Pakhus might be just the thing.
